    What bbq do you have? I know with my Weber I need to get an attachment.
  5. I mixed together my own rub today for some pork belly. I watched a couple of videos about rubs and they are always talk about how basic it can be so I thought to give it a go. 3 tablespoons of salt 3 tablespoons of sugar 3 tablespoons of pepper 3 tablespoons of ground garlic 3 teaspoons of smoked paprika sprinkle of chilli powder. From what I read there is always equal salt and equal garlic in these rubs but any other advice is good to have.
  6. Both looking great. I think a variety of veg is always good to have. I like getting some peppers and butternut squash on kebabs. Cooks really well and tastes great.

  9. Ive got some family over who have brought a BBQ package: sausages, burgers and some chops, and they ask if that’s too much to cook. 🤔

  18. This is my herb garden. I would like to get some wild garlic at some point, I think the smell would be amazing. The basil has been attacked by snails but is still holding out. My mint and marjoram had to be put in separate pots as they started growing insane.

  22. Thanks a lot. I’m glad it all turned out well, and proper chuffed with the length. I think I could have had another 3-4 hours on the set up I had.
