    Did some cooking when away but forgot to take a phone charger so no pics. But to be honest it was a few quick thrown together things.

    I’ll be taking my Dutch oven with me in a couple of weeks when we go away for a few days. Looking forward to a break. Until then I’ve done a few on the bbq. Got some fillet steaks on there yesterday.

    I used to use these CO2 neutral briquettes which were really good and lasted a long time. Using green olive briquettes which r pretty good

    Hi. Welcome to the forum. There are a few different websites for wood or pellets. It’s depends on what you’re planning to cook. Some sites give a discount if you buy more.

    Those look great pics there. Sadly working most of the weekend and the wife just got an allotment so when I’ve not been working I’ve been digging up a mass of weeds. I’ve got some wings in the freezer that I might do this Sunday.

    Seems this year everything has got pretty expensive but hopefully if people find good deals they put it up. With the environment I think things are changing all over the world in a good way.
