  1. i find normally the join of the lid lets out enough but if coals start to die just crack the top a mm or so
  2. similar to mine .. i find you really do have to close the vents .. a lot of the time (before the offset) for a slow cook i'd close everything and just nip out the dust tray a mm if needed . there very airy but there a grill and not made for much else .
  3. would probably make a good pizza oven .. or if you had the time extend the side and build in offset box ? there's just so much you could do with that . do a wider pic and give dimensions
  4. had a nice delivery of fresh spice on fri .. about 3kg of stuff .. for rubs . good prices and delivery from https://www.buywholefoodsonline.co.uk/ doing a point end tom so mixing up garlc onion and mustard powder with some smoked paprika
  5. call me a tinfoil hatter .. but it's a little worst than the flue for young un's for older folk it depends if you have anything else .. now is it just a control trial ? lock down see what happens .. the swiss din't and there fine. and most of the lrg hospitals were not used ? my wife and son both work at morrisons .. neither have been ill and he's in the pharmacy yet they talk to hundreds of people a day .. i do find it strange
  6. just buy fresh .. no point in buying frozen wings .. 1kg aldi £1.59
  7. well i just received my replacement from them .. 6 bone ladder and a pack of sausages .. nice ladder is thick at one end and thin at the other ..
  8. well done that man .. they do look nice one each ?? hi and welcome
  9. 4-5 HRS ?? for 2kg leave it another hr or so .. but make sure you have stock or liquid in there .. then rest but don't open .. but i'm no expert not even close :P
