Evening all;

Stumbled across the forum whilst looking for opinions on 'THAT' Aldi special buy...

I've had my heart set on a Kamado for a while and want to integrate one into a garden kitchen build soon. To date I've only cold smoked fish and bacon (DIY OSB cupboard and ProQ smoker) so keen to get into some low and slow. Strangely I think I may have followed Wade's guide off an old website on cold smoking fish some years ago, but can't be sure.

I'm also enjoying middle eastern food at the moment so keen to get away from the kitchen grill and over some embers!

So basically I'm here for hints/tips/recipes and I'll share some pics of my successes and failures along the way!
