A little off topic, how do you guys store your spices? I’ve just ordered a fair few bags and want to keep it as fresh as possible

Thanks Dave and I will do if needed, after the other recent post about spices etc I’m going to order a bunch and hopefully have a muck about this weekend, finding it hard lately get the smoker going as have a new baby and he is ruining my life 😂

Looks spot on for a UDS, if I’d never bought a WSM I’d have that on order. As tempting as it is now my wife would gut me.

Not sure if you have a https://www.jjfoodservice.com/ near you? It was recommended in another post recently and I got some Big K restaurant grade from them with some nice big bits in. They also deliver so worth a try.

Evening everyone, I hope you’re all well during this current pandemic. I have been watching and dribbling over bbq and smoking videos a lot lately and just saw a video by Bon Appetit where they claim Franklin’s BBQ in Texas is the best in the world. Where is the best you’ve ever had? Why and what made it great? My favourite was Central BBQ in Memphis but I’ve had a lot of others that I felt are quite close.
