Diggerg
I've just ordered 3 lots of these plus some ox tail boneless pork shoulder and lamb shoulder. The prices seemed very reasonable compared to some so I'll let you know what the quality is like when it arrives. https://www.eatgreatmeat.co.uk/product/ox-cheek-2/

Anyone know of an Essex supplier of bao buns? Or have a recipe for them?
