    Once again William welcome to the Forum and this side of the Pond! Gets pretty addictive this BBQ game, before long you will have more equipment than your local store. Would be intrested in your Hot n Fast Brisket. There are a number of members on here that grow their own Chilli's, especially Wade, who I am sure will give you advice if you ask. I am on an American Forum, and you do have to thing of the words or terms you use.

    Hi Mark, First Off welcome to the forum. Personally I not keen of ready mixed cure, it’s just as easy to mix your own. That said Tesco’s are doing a Starter Kit for £10.00. Wade (Admin) has has lots for £5.00.

    Got to have some Balls to do that! We all talk BBQ, but to broadcast is a different level. I know Wade has done a few Videos and has talked about them with me. Do you have any experience in this type of field? Getting a project off the ground such as this takes a lot of planning, hard work and money. Wade and myself set this forum up, with the backing of Marcus from CWS, and it's tough going. People are very suspicious of some thing new. If you need any help starting your project I am sure along with myself, Wade would be only too happy to help.
