No I do not have a graph, I use the iGrill along with the Qmaster, and both run pretty close to each other. Contact the supplier Wang his name, ebay@allchinas.com and tell him what’s happening etc, and ask for advice.
That's really unusual to have tha big of a temp swing. Did you see the temperature on the QLite reading 272?
Sounds like you are getting far too much in to the grill. Is the grill sealed, can you post picture of the set up?
This is a recipe for Flowerpot Bread fron Andy Annat. @Andy Annat
Ingredients
225g Strong bread flour
10g fast action yeast
Half tbsp White sugar
Half tsp table salt
2tbsp olive oil
110ml warm water
2 tbsp pesto
Cooking Instructions
Grill temperature 220degrees centigrade.
Indirect cooking.
You will also need some clean plant pots & grease proof paper
Method:
To make the dough, place the flour, salt, sugar and olive oil into a bowl.
Add the water and mix well.
You should have a soft dough. Turn the dough out of the bowl and with as little flour as possible, start to knead the bread for at least 8 minutes until smooth and springy. Knead in the pesto.
Shape into small rounds on a lightly oiled tray and cover with cling film.
Leave to prove for about 40 minutes.
Line out the plant Pots with grease proof paper & half fill with a ball of the dough.
Cook indirectly for about 25
REMEMBER KEEP THE LID DOWN!
Been out this morning collecting Refrigerated Trailers back from customers.
Not too bad we I left this morning.
Then the snow started.
Almost at the first pick up.
Heading back with trailer hitched up. In my Landrover Defender and it's like doing the Cresta run at the Olympics!
At a stand sill, two Jackknifed Lorries just around the bend below.
That was enough for me, no need to be stupid. Off home to get the Smoker lit. Not done much Smoking over the Christmas period.
Stopped off on the way home, picked up some Bone In Chicken Thighs, rubbed with A&O @Angus & Oink Porky Rub. Smoking with some apple chunks @ 135'C.
Also spatchcock a Chicken and rubbed with Porky Rub.
Will up date later!
