Ugly Drum Dave Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 Hello there! I have taking an interest in all things BBQ over the last few years and been largely educated by YouTube and trial and error. I built a UDS last summer and have a Webber Kettle. I really enjoy low and slow smoking and have some pleasing results with ribs and pulled pork.
