Skagg2000
Looks Grand Dutchy, another Indian recipe to try, after the tandoori I made the other week. Might have to try & do them horizontally over an open fire in the ProQ Cheers n Gone Nick

Dutchy
Thanks @flearider it is a dish I cook all the time, be it on the BBQ, in the Tandoor, on the New Rocket or simply indoors in the oven.

Had a crack yesterday using the ProQ vertically. they aren't shashlik kebabs as I already had some chicken fillets in leftover buttermilk from a rosemary chicken on the rotisserie so thought i'd use that with some pineapple & habenaro glaze. I used one stacker, a ring of aussie heat beads & vertically hung kebabs from the fish hooks over a direct heat at 400F. I also placed half a potato at the bottom of the kebab to ensure the meat & peppers didn't burn nearest the fire. Seems to work out ok. easier than trying to fit them all into the mini Kamado! Dutchy
Way to go! Kebabs are great you can use what you got and make a decent meal! Great tip about the potato, also stops meat dropping off the skewer!
