Yes lovin new member going on the journey.  Keep the fires burning through the winter. 

 

I have just picked up a half price 5.5kg gammon form the butchers. nice deal.  I have cut into knuckle (in slow cooker) a joint for the Kettle and about 8 steaks.

 

I will mostly be a doing a gammon winter
