    Search local for larder fridge mate, 2nd hand ones come for 20 quid to free occasionally, gumtree local. I have two one was free and yes the other was 20 quid.

    My fermenter fridges, I just drilled through the side for the temp sensor and power cable and co2 lines, it is fine, depending on model of course.

    Side of cod fillet. Skinned. Put on plank indirect. Rub with emultion of 1 tbls rape seed oil and 1 tsp soy sauce (I used light soy sauce) then coat with chopped dill. Hot smoke with apple wood chunk until 52c. About 30 to 45 mins Has quite a dry light smoke taste so serve with hollandaise or tatare sauce.

    Yes what BBQ are using to cook it because there are many methods to do indirect hot smoking. Much simpler

    I seasoned it with lard and it is good to go . I clean whit a solid plastic scraper and hot water, nothing sticks to it. I dry thoroughly and then put thin wipe of some rape seed oil all over it. So easy to clean. Re season it once a year.

    Easy. Full fat Yogurt and tandoori spice mix from Asian shop. 3 hour marinade in plastic food bag in fridge.

But ok. If i do this I would have mister and dehumidifier so it keeps in the mid point of what is desirable easily The other inkbirds I have already inkbirds to control temperature (ie for brewing), What temp is desirable? 18 to 20 c would be nice as can put in the fermenter larder fridges whilst brewing.

    Reading reviews on humidity sensor and switch inkbird and the like are pretty chequered

    This is a great idea. Similar to one of my fermenting fridges for beer. Humidifier and tube heater in. Plug tube heater and fridge into inkbird to control temp. Then humidifier, on all the time or is it better to have control of humidity rather than dry as possible?

    Can not see pictures but rub with kitchen foil or whatever your favoured method is to remove rust and spray paint black. Easy mate. Suprised weber did not sort it out for you. Escalate to the weber board see what happens?

    Disappointing, nothing is conclusive yet, the next 1 to 2 weeks will make things clearer. Again as it is outside it is much simpler issue than it being a inside event. I ma having a dog walkers tailgate in the park outside my house this Sunday for instance

    I think the key thing is we will be meeting outside not inside mate. But lets see nearer the time. . I test every three days and have had first vaccine. That gives me security in what I believe. We can make a firm decision 2 days before to allow one to get the ingredients they want together. I also think anyone attending should take a one of the free tests available from local pharmacy or government website the day before attending. It is so easy to do. I take one every 3 days anyway

    I am feeling confident the midland inaugural tailgate can go ahead, not least as it is an outside event. Obviously the next couple of weeks will clarify but hopeful, My dog walkers bbq I organise for local dog walkers in the park outside my house is go to ahead next Sunday 23rd.
