    Hi guys

Understood, Maybe we can meet up Spencer Wade and I were talking of meeting up at one if our houses for a chat and cook. We never finalised it but it is still on the cards, maybe you could make that in a Sat when you are off (i.e the unusual Saturday!) @Wade@Raptor72@Simon

  19. Good man, at least you are doing someting and not sitting around. I even had a shave today..first time in ages. Getting my work admin done too
  20. Good advice. I suppose also you could flip the stone over once it is heated underneath. Assuming you have the right bbq gloves to do that
  21. In Wades Wise Words: All family members are welcome to join us for the evening and also during the day too. When you arrive on Friday night you must all come across and say hi . There is sure to be something cooking Friday night for people to nibble on and we get to know each other over some beer/wine/juice. There are usually AT LEAST a third of the people attending who are new and so you will not be the only ones there for the first time. It was understandable the first time we held one of these meets that our other halves and families were somewhat apprehensive as to what to expect - but I think they actually had more fun watching us rushing around. A glass or two of wine or gin usually does the trick too
  22. @Sarah Duffy hey Sarah. what are your latest achievements. plenty sous vide I am sure, anything exciting? And smoking cold hot or bbq? HNY2019
