It was plugged in to a mains supply, but I do have a 600w inverter that’s hooked up to my old Golf Trolley battery, and i recon I could get 12 hours. Will see what the battery power is.
It was a Asda Pork Shoulder with rind on, and the Rub? Not sure @Justin, just picked it off myself, no label, but what I will say, it had a bit of a Spicy Kick to it which I, and the rest of the people who tucked in enjoyed!

Ingredients 2 Beef Ribs
Uncle Steve’s Shake or your favourite BBQ Seasoning
For The Beans,
250g Bacon Lardons
1 Chopped Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tin Haricot Beans
1 Tin Cannellini Beans
1 Tin Black Eyed Beans
1 Cup BBQ Sauce
2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1Tsp Chipotle Paste
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Dry Mustard Powder

Great looking meal, only just got into Pork Chops (have a thing about meat on Bones, Lazy Eater!)
Can get really thick Pork Chops with the rind on which crisps up to make great Pork Crackling!
