Smokin Monkey
That’s a different looking probe! Looking at it, can you simply buy a standard probe and add the round crimp? Remove the Red Plastic, insert thermocouple and use a set of pliers to gently crimp it in to place. Or this from RS
Icefever
+ 1 with Smokin, for £6 it may do the job?? found this place but double the money. http://www.aawcs.co.uk/Probes/Probes.html Ice.

Diggerg
I contacted thermoworks and they put me in touch with their UK partner. Ive emailed them and am waiting for a reply but in the mean time ive found this https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/thermocouples/6212271/ My plan is to attach it to either the rear of the cook chamber on the gravity fed or to the bottom of the centre shelf as there is enough length to do this. I like the stainless steel braid personally as it will get coated in gunk.
