pastabake
Afternoon all, Just taken delivery of my first smoker - A Traeger Bronson 20 with some GMG Texas blend. Was going to smoke me a Rib of beef that im defrosting tonight but it's just started chucking it down! Any advice on cooking times to get it juicy and pink in the middle? I've been buying half a lamb and an 8th of a cow from a local farm but have been scratching my head where to get some decent pork. Can anyone recommend a good online butchers for specific cuts of decent quality meat? Any advice welcome!

Smokin Monkey
Once again, welcome to the Forum. Most folk on here cook to IT (internal temperature) and not time, but have a look at this https://www.woodsmokeforum.uk/topic/1439-bone-in-rib/ for guidance. It will give you and idea of time and IT. ExclusiveBBQ
Welcome to the forum! I got my Traeger Pro 575 recently and I love it. Have tried a few online butchers and have had mostly success with Meat and Cleaver UK for bigger cuts - they know their stuff when it comes to smoking as they also sell Traeger's and the recent brisket I purchased from them was incredible. Looking forward to seeing your cooks!
