Smokin Monkey Posted May 4, 2019 Share Posted May 4, 2019 I use Restaurant Grade Charcoal from Bookers. People say it spits a lot, but in the Chute it makes no difference. Plate for outside and angle and mesh for racks. Castors, handle and exhaust tube being delivered this week too. I've made racks for cook chamber just need to fit the mesh. Also welded up the chassis and need to fit mesh bottom to shelf. Stainless flue coming on just need to fit it together. Pics to follow.
