    Ribs

    Been a long time since I did any Ribs, Wife wanted me start using up stuff from the freezer so Ribs it was. Served with some Green Stuff and BBQ Roasted Corn and Potatoes.

  3. If you go early and its ready, wrap in towels and place in a cooler box.

  5. Do not go by IT only. Tryon the tooth pick test. Should go in to the Brisket like hot knife in to butter, no resistance.

  12. Welcome to the Forum Nathan. We have several Chefs on the Forum, all with some interesting twists. That’s my idea of a good meal, several different meats, with little else along side. ? Nothing wrong with a sense of humor.
  13. I would not worry going for High Temp paint. The graphic on my UDS is Vinyl, and has not been affected by the heat.
  14. I have the Costco (Old Pit Boss) Kamado. as stated above, they are a great piece of kit, versatile and economical to run. In time fit a Pit Controller to it, and it virtually becomes light and forget.
