Been a long time since I did any Ribs, Wife wanted me start using up stuff from the freezer so Ribs it was.

I have the Costco (Old Pit Boss) Kamado.
as stated above, they are a great piece of kit, versatile and economical to run. In time fit a Pit Controller to it, and it virtually becomes light and forget.

I have built a UDS, UDS Build. but not from a kit.
