So we took the decision to cancel this event.

I had a telephone call from the site this morning (first day back at work for them) they informed me that the event would have to be cancelled due to no facilities available, and we would not be able to conform with the Government’s COVID rules.

Yes it’s holding up great, I like the gravity feed.

Yes I have the plans for the larger model, and have a picture with measurements on for this model.

Always use an axe to brake the bigger bits down to more useable size?

You could always test it yourself.

Fill a container with Ice and water, wait 10 minutes then insert probe, be sure to only insert 1/2 the probe, they will probably not be water proof. It should read 0’C

Then Boil a pan of water, when boiling insert the probe (again only 1/2 of the probe) it should read 100’C this should give you a guide to how accurate it is.

Yes I make my own, but the prices he charges around £2.50 Each it’s not really worth it.

He has massive stocks, was at his market stall yesterday,  he even makes them up while you wait.

Phone him and he will sort you out.

I use this guy Spicee  He is a local guy to my, lives about 1/4 mile away, and nothing is too much trouble for him.

Even in lockdown, if I wanted anything he would drop it round.

He is doing these boxes,

They are great, pick and mix style, but they can be posted due to the size.

Might have to do a giveaway with one soon!

So, we have taken the decision to cancel this years Woodsmoke 20 (National BBQ Weekend) BUT, it’s not all bad news!

This gives a chance to all members to get involved. We will be having a 

WoodHomeSmoke 20, yes WoodHomeSmoke.

Let’s all get involved, get a cook on for Saturday 1st August, get some photos taken, and post them up!
This could be a gentle introduction to a BBQ Weekend, then next year you will feel confident to attend one of many Weekends we have planned for 2021.

For everyone who gets involved and attends a Weekend in 2021, you will get one of these Limited Edition Stickers!
