180’F seems low to me, the important temperature is the IT (Internal Temperature) 

Also what is your method of cooking, in terms of time, 3-2-1 method. 
 

What type of ribs are you cooking? Supermarket ribs, Butchers Ribs or Bookers Ribs, trying to gauge how thick they are.

Yes the rake is set at what looks like 45’ and there is also a rake to clean the racks.

Always happens at the wrong time, but look on the bright side, could of broken down after you had stocked it, then you may of lost everything.

Reading your post is baffling? What have you changed from your first cook? Fuel Type?

You are burning through fuel like a steam train, all vents fully open, so you should be searing meat, but are struggling to reach temperature!?

Take some photos of your set up, fuel etc and we see what we can do 👍

Try James @Smokewood also see add at bottom of pages, I have seen him cooking on the cedar planks.

Hi Sluggy, we had a trim down about a year ago, but then we get, can we have a Kamado Group, can we have this, can we have that.

So people, do we need another cull?

Hi Colin, I have been to BBQ Mates, and from what I know and seen, they do not manufacture anything there.

Its all made in Poland or Romania or some where like that.

But give them a call, the guys name is Neri.
