Justin
No happy to bake gluten/wheat free to be honest in the tin I use for straight forward bread. I think you need a very clean mixer bowl/tin and in fact dedicated gluten free and or wheat free to avoid cross contamination. Can we do a quick bread checklist, who is baking what, how much do we need? Mrs Ice is doing 3 loaves and a a bread and butter pudding (yum yum) Mooo is doing onion and bay leaf loaf, with lard. I believe I can do white rolls and 50 50 white wholemeal roles, if you want. If I bake Friday morning they should be ok for Saturday of course. How many? or no rolls?
