2nd Northern Tailgate Attendees & Menu Ideas

OK let get this show started!

I will be attending the 2nd Northern Tailgate, But I will be traveling light, as I will be moving on North and doing some exploring.

Going to be all “Table Top” Cooking.

How about a “Meat Fondue” Friday Night, standing around having a Beer and cooking your own meat.

One 6x3 Gazebo 

One Table

Got to be a Lamb Tagine 

Beer Brats?

Bacon Nachos?

Pull Apart Garlic Bread?

Yes I was thinking cherry smoked ribs. But then i thought of the national and how service was delayed.  Ribs not be  so forgiving on delayed service as some other things. Bit like some of the sides which I cook near the expected time which then go cold if there is a service delay

I remember when my parents used to have meat fondue parties. There were like do-it-yourself napalm kits ☠️

I will of course make tomatoes Provencal with eggs on sourdough as per usual for Saturday Breakfast for anyone that is up.  I will bring the aero press and peculator for coffee too.

 

Regret i have no smoked salmon to bring this time but I do still have some of one of the smoked cheddar cheeses I brought to the national that now tastes much better with the extra time in vacced bag.

 

Looking forward to another great event , rain, showers or not
