sotv
After my experience of roasting duck on my ProQ. I realise a circular, easy clean drip tray somewhere between 15-16" diameter would be a good idea, to sit on the plancha to catch drippings, from high fat meats and be more economical in the long run, than disposable aluminium ones. I have seen the Big Green Egg one but it is only 9" and not much more in the Uk to choose from. Anyone used or know of a bigger one for 15-16" that is under £25 Edited March 2, 2019 by sotv
Smokin Monkey
This is what I use No More Foil Trays. Could use a metal tea tray and form the foil in that and raise the sides, or a large frying pan and cut handle down.
sotv
Thanks, didn't explain myself very well. I was after just a drip tray, that pretty well fills the 17" diameter of the Proq Frontier to catch the drippings on the level below the grill rack the meat is on my on my bullet smoker, when I use the plancha as a heat deflector to cook, rather than the water bowl for lo&slo. Which would normally do that job Edited March 2, 2019 by sotv

Icefever
What about this?? Sotv https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Anodised-Aluminium-Round-Cake-Pan-16-x-3-Inch-Deep-/283084562284?_trksid=p2349526.m4383.l4275.c7 Ice.
sotv
They look great, seen them elsewhere after checking on your post that are 16 " x 4 inch deep for a little less. So will order one Monday morning. I would imagine if looked after and a layer of foil on them, during the cook, they will keep and should be able to do duck fat potatoes from the drippings that fall into it. Which would be a bonus. I was initially worried when I read anodised aluminium , but reading up on it it seems safe, so thanks for that Ice.

Let us know what you think? Ice.
Sluggy
I use a large aluminium cake tin wrapped in foil sat on a 5mm stainless steel disc in my wsm and never noticed any problems. Tins not even discoloured so probably doesn’t get hot enough to cause concern.
