  1. This is bigger and nearer in size to my old one. I would buy the same again but when I enquired they stopped making 18 years ago. I don't think a kettle is what she wants.
  2. I would be frightened of burning it! They are very powerful things those Gas Guns. I think I will stick to my fish bats and the bbq.
  3. Well it looks ok we are only going to use it as a grill. A little short of choice! Everyone now on pellet she will not entertain. Chefs are funny they don't do complicated just their skills and for that reason at £200 don't think I can go wrong.
  4. A smoke Hallow 36 Ice. Went and looked at one yesterday, strong and heavy lots of good features.
  5. Sadly after a long look its 3 Hail Marys and skip, no real meat left on the bone. After me crowin' to you? life is a bitch.
  6. Well guys Grilling on my old faithful last night(Thursday) and something was bought to my attention. I have burnt through my beloved Outback which I purchased in June 1991. It is or was awesome as a grill, measuring 36x18 inches for grill size split 50/50,with very thick heavy cast grill plates. So 29 years of parties family do's and just sexy Steak for two. Full of memories, but what do I replace with. I offered Gas ,a firm no, same to pellet(my choice). As I have the WSM and we split on the grill? https://www.costco.co.uk/Garden-Sheds-Patio/Smoke-Hollow-36-914cm-Premium-Charcoal-Barbecue/p/1900677 This was her choice, and mine at just over £200 good value I think??? We have a baby gas twin burner in the shed been there 5 years.
  7. I like Kamados who doesn't, but not really for doing a sausage sarnie or two thats serious kit, like taking a Pocket Battleship to a gunfight. Like your style though. The Weber is nice. Oh choices, choices.
  8. Patience is a virtue, Ice? Let it be, name of an early Beatles record. But it is difficult, Ice you need to stop testing it or there will be none left.
  9. You can understand why its called a Gurnard when you look at the face. Looks a bit like the wife when you get caught with another woman
  10. I think you are right, but it's just a franchise now, when I got married i used to Que on Saturday morning at Pork Whites Farm Shop and be served by him. He said his sausages were all made from hands of Pork, I thought Pigs had feet?? That was in Chessington beside the Bonesgate Pub.
  11. Oh I am sure, please don't start me on coffee . Roast and blend my own. Always searching for a deal on green beans. Latest 20kg Colombian Supremo(nice bean) £120 or £6 per lb. And proud owner of Ceado ep6 grinder and R58 Rocket Espresso machine. What I am trying to say is don't do instant like you(and I) don't do pre cooked Ribs. If I can't do Beer I drink Dublo Espresso no sugar.☕ Don't know if you have tried them, but Pork White's are lovely old school sausages ie meaty. He was local to me in Chessington, but now sells though a lot of good local butchers and Waitrose.
  12. Blissful is the word Ice, bet ya can't say it after 4 glasses.
  13. That is a very neat little job, but I think I can get away with one of them mini smokeless ones. When I go down to Goreing on sea with my Brother and his dog, we walk miles and get hungry. Fairlane cafe on the seafront sell Sausage sarnies of a type, Sausages are cheap crap. Plan is , walk dog, back to car, set up bbqand send Brother for two coffees and put some Porky White Gold Medal on the cooker.Bread, Butter, Brown Rockin' the perfect Sarnie with hot fresh coffee. REmember we are Driving, otherwise Beer, Beer and more Beer,
  14. This is very much the same ,but no bag. But it is £50 https://www.fire-mountain.co.uk/fire-mountain-portable-fan-assisted-charcoal-barbecue-jb03300201.html?gclid=CjwKCAjwltH3BRB6EiwAhj0IUDrpwgSNHBt2BVRcJmWIHhHgIly_fltU-bfFfZt-vbPdLEodNgZ_zxoCbO4QAvD_BwE

  16. You have not mentioned it, but is that a cod Beer i see in the chairs shadow? That makes perfect
  17. I need to follow you guys around sweetcorn, kebabs and Burgers on the move. Love the white smokeless little round one. I think you might get away with that one on the beach. People are funny arn't they, think we are all stupid, or maybe they are just pointing at me.
  18. Never a truer word than that said in jest.
  19. Have a look at this Guys and Girls ,can it be true, did he really write this? Were The Stranglers just doing a cover????
  20. Hi Mick, Yes for sure very good value. Today is a 3.7lb Top side Beef joint, will rub with Salt, Black Pepper and Sriracha Powder and let The WSM weave its magic with a bit of Olive Wood. Am going to try the Monkey Gland sauce and have with salad etc.
  21. Or I will get her in doors to fit my stabilisers.
  22. I drink and fall sometimes, might do! In other words yes I know Ice from other places.
  23. If I keep eating like this Ice I ain't gonna fit anywhere.
