It was plugged in to a mains supply, but I do have a 600w inverter that’s hooked up to my old Golf Trolley battery, and i recon I could get 12 hours. Will see what the battery power is.

What cut what pellets and rub mate? Thanks
It was a Asda Pork Shoulder with rind on, and the Rub? Not sure @Justin, just picked it off myself, no label, but what I will say, it had a bit of a Spicy Kick to it which I, and the rest of the people who tucked in enjoyed!

for a camping trip it would have to be the smokeyjoe and something simple so went with sheekh kebabs.
for the kebabs, mince lamb, onion, garlic, red and green chillis and the following dried spices, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp corriander, 1 tsb garam masala, ½tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt and 1 of black pepper.
everything was chopped, mixed and stuck in the fridge till needed.
today was a joint cook, my missus made the bread, it's a turkish flatbread recipe she does at least once a week, a mix of 2 flours, warm milk, yeasy, and the following spices are added to the dry mix to give the bread loads of flavour, salt, chilli powder, onion powder, cumin and corriander, garlic powder and black pepper.
the cook itself, well the kebabs went onto the skewers and over the coals while the missus rolled the bread.
then as soon as the kebabs came off it was on with the bread.
i ripped the first bread but it still tasted good.
the missus cuts her's and has a garlic mayo.
me, well i'm more a "just jam it on and eat", and i take salad cream with mine, yup, might sound weird but it tastes good.
thats it folks, thanks for reading, see y'all next month.👍
This looks epic, could do with that right now! Loving the Homemade Flat Breads as well 👍

Burgers on the Traeger Ranger with signature pellets. 6 oz 1 inch thick burgers. 1 tsp brown sugar and again of ancho chilli flakes 1/4 tsp chipotle flakes. 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2tsp of salt 1 tsp onion granules and 1 clove garlic crushed. 110c on the Ranger. 1 1/4 hour to 71c. I flashed 30 secs or so each side in hot cast iron skillet on hob.
Nice and smoky and chilli on the taste. Rock solid keeping temp on Ranger. Easy to clean. Very impressed with the Ranger. Super Easy. Reliable. Good
Great looking Burgers @Justin! I didn’t know you had bought a Traeger Ranger! You must of been impressed with mine at the East Anglian Tailgate Weekend!

That looks great @AdamG.
Love the two stage cooking of the Beef, firstly searing it then cooking in Cast Iron, which is my favorite method of cooking!
