  6. If you can get 53cm grills and want to cook go for them, you will need longer bolts as shelf supports, then when this is over, you can shorten the bolts and go for the 57cm racks at very little upgrade cost.

  8. Firstly welcome to the Forum again. If you can wait until Homebase opens again, think some have already opened, you can get 57cm racks from there very cheap £10.00 or less.

  11. Looks great 👍 Are you putting a roof on? I would look for some sort of blind that rolls up and down that Lattice Work, I have the same, and the wind and rain blows through with force, in the end I have boarded the inside for protection.

  13. I was supposed to be doing Moroccan Kofta Kebab last night, but I was busy yesterday laying Laminate Flooring in my new Pub! The Monkey Arms (Man Cave) so was that knackered, ordered a Take Away instead!
  14. Nice looking Burger, people knock Burgers, especially carpet burgers, but if you can recreate a Burger Chain burger with quality ingredients, then why not 👍

    That’s the problem when you have family and friends round, they think BBQ, Chuck it on cook for 5 minutes then devour! It’s not like that with Low & Slow, it’s ready when it’s ready!

You can seal it in ziplock bags, then bring back to temp in a pan of hot water (Sous Vide style) Or simply in a pan and if it looks like it is drying and some of the BBQ sauce, Water or a 50-50 BBQ Sauce and Water, but normally I have not had to add anything, as you will only be beating for a few minutes.
