I'm getting the smoker out later on to do 2kg of mature Cheddar and maybe start building my UDS. What kit do you have? and what do you cook?, recipes, photos, all add to the interest for the forum. Wade Posted October 17, 2018 Share Posted October 17, 2018 What kinds of meat are most commonly BBQ/smoked in Bangladesh? I guess there is more pork, lamb, fish and chicken.
