Welcome to the forum Beiling,  a little slow on here at the mo not too much BBQ'ing of late.  I'm getting the smoker out later on to do 2kg of mature Cheddar and maybe start building my UDS

What kit do you have? and what do you cook?, recipes, photos,  all add to the interest for the forum.
