CWC Posted May 6, 2020 Share Posted May 6, 2020 This is how I did it please tell me if I'm wrong Used BigK Coco briquettes they were ok but a lot more ash than the Webber ones but a good consistent heat, with some apple wood chips in a foil parcel I don't have any chucks yet I gave the meat a good rub with my home made rub and put it on Cooked at around 240f till it got to 162f then wrapped in foil with some brown sugar honey and butter and left to cook till 205f internal, then taken off and rested for 45 mins or so I pulled it adding the juice out of the foil wrap and WOW it was so good I'm bloody hooked 4 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
