When we moved back in Feb the Jumbuck some how got seperated from the motor.....I only found it last week still in one of the boxes that is stored in the back bedroom.

This kebab is on the  "must do" list,  great video Steve,  thanks for taking the time...:thumb1:

Lovely and a good video for a tasty meal, only thing I do different When I thread the chicken thighs on the skewer,  I tighten the bottom prong up first and thread the chicken thighs directly onto 2 or three prongs (depending on the size of the thighs), find it stops the chicken flapping about so much during cooking as it is then firmly secured to the prongs.
