sotv Posted August 10, 2019 Share Posted August 10, 2019 Lovely and a good video for a tasty meal, only thing I do different When I thread the chicken thighs on the skewer, I tighten the bottom prong up first and thread the chicken thighs directly onto 2 or three prongs (depending on the size of the thighs), find it stops the chicken flapping about so much during cooking as it is then firmly secured to the prongs. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
