Hi all I run a catering Business in Derbyshire I do hog roasts gourmet burgers sausages and Yorkshire pudding wraps 

I am a real foodie and would love to exchange cooking methods and ideas

I’m trying to find marinades without any sugar in when I can. I quite often use the herbs from my garden when I can.
