  1. We have had a good response from Billing Aquadrome, they are willing to give us or own area, my not be next to the Area that holds the Pods, but it's pretty close. We are in discussion with them regarding pitch costs.
  2. Hi Pete, Wade has good advice. Please take a look at the Groups a join your Regional Group.
  3. Not one for the purists, but popped into Homebase today, and they have their version of the Weber 47, for £29.99. I know it's not a Weber, but for that price, it would be a good back up/starter unit or good for extra capacity at the WoodSmoke Forum National Smokers Weekend. Might get one, as I do not have this type of smoker, and they are certainly easier to transport to The National!
  4. HI Jason, welcome to the Forum. Sounds like you have a good set up, and the introduction of a Covered Smoking area is a bonus. Please pass by the Groups section and join the North West Group.

HI Shaun, welcome to,the Forum. You have come to the right place to learn about Weber Grills. Wade has plenty of experience with Webers and has plenty of pictures to help, with setting them up. Please take time to look at the Groups section and join the East Anglia Group.
  6. Sorry, I missed your Roll Call, I was actually on a Plane when the Forum was launched and thought I had welcomed everyone. Welcome to the Forum, which part of the U.K. are you from?
  7. I will drop them an email again and see what reaction I get this year!
  8. Cooked some Pulled Pork yesterday, so it's Pulled Pork with Fiery Mac & Cheese for Dinner. Dont worry it hot, got a nice little Lunch Box that plugs into the Cigarette Lighter and warms it up
  9. I'AM sure The Range have something similar.
  10. I agree, I have looked and can not find anything with the facilities in a central location.
  11. HI Moonhead, good looking Pulled Pork. I did a small Pork Joint yesterday, seemed to take ages, possibly too much Apple Juice added before foiling as the IT dropped dramatically.
  12. All ideas are appreciated. Will look into Santa Pod.
  13. I've searched all over, but we have one stumbling block, it must have Camping Pods.
  14. After 2016 Smokers weekend, I went and had a look at Billing. Now it's no where near as good as Woodhall, but it has lots of space and yes they do events. I talked to the Staff, and could not get a commitment, that we could have our own area, which could be a problem.
  15. Just searched Screwfix, not a good selection, Machine Mart is better. Some thing like this?
  16. Looking at the feet on the WSM Photo, I would use Castors from Screwfix, drill the feet and bolt them through.
  17. Not sure about the kits, but Aldi have what looks like a Pot Planter mover that's got four castors on it?
  18. Belly Pork in (only 2 pieces) Spatchcock in
  19. Brut Strength! Pulled Pork in, got some Belly Pork going in, then later today 2 Spatchcock Chickens.
  20. Pulled Pork going on the Gravity Feed.
  21. Welcome to the East Midlands Group Martyn, where abouts are you located?
  22. Got the Grandson arriving in 10 minutes for an over night stay, so no cooking today. Spatchcock Chicken and Belly Pork planned for tomorrow.
  23. It's Cobs for me! Pork Cheek Tacos, http://www.woodsmokeforum.uk/topic/42-pork-cheek-tacos/
