I will kick British Beef week off with the simplest thing, A Beef Burger!
This Beef Burger, is no ordinary Beef Burger, it’s a Beach Burger, cooked on the Beach on the Worlds Smallest BBQ!
The smallest BBQ in the World, 100mm x220mm?
80/20 Ground British Beef.
Cooking over Charcoal.
Time for a flip!
Some nice Grill Marks.
Add a slice of Plastic Cheese!
Burgers Ready!
Toast the Bun.
Add some Spicy Mayo
Some of that Green Stuff!
Beach Burger Ready to Demolish!
Tasted Good!

For Take Away month, this is mine.
I love India and especially Goa, which is like a second home and an Adopted Family!
So it got to be India, and even more Goa Xacutti Chicken Curry! (With a Flat Bread)
Toast some Spices
Make the Paste/Marinade
Marinate the Chicken
Fry some Onions
Fry the Chicken
Add some Stock
Cook the Flat Breads
Time for a taste

I help compile a yearly challenge list for a YouTube Channel, Cast Iron Wednesday, so it would be easy for me to replicate that list, but I do not want to do that!
The Channel is mostly American, so this being a essentially UK based, it would be good to have UK Challenges!

The chicken looks great. nice colour to it.
How are you finding the Woodfire? Could you use it indoors as long as you don't load with pellets/use woodfire mode?
Yes you can, it’s a straight forward “Air Fryer” until you push the Woodsmoke Technology Button.

Turkey almost done - 1630
Turkey resting, covered with foil - 1633
Turkey Sliced for dinner. A better crispy skin this time, Cooked a little hotter than last year and made a great difference.
Christmas Dinner, Turkey, Pigs, Gammon and Salmon from Xmas Eve. Yorkshire, Air fried roast spuds, Honey glazed carrots.
Gravy made from a drip tray underneath the turkey. Has mostly dried in so I deglazed it with chicken stock to make gravy.
Overall the skin was better than last years. Dinner was fantastic, Went to In laws for Boxing day and had to drive back home for the Smoked gravy I had left as MIL didn't have enough and loves my smoked meats.
It's just my Partner and I so we have a ton of left overs. Here's some gammon before I packaged and froze into 150-200g packs for lunches. I did the same with the Turkey.
Amazing Cook, where was my Christmas Dinner invite?🤣
