Never thought about cold smoking mushrooms, this recipe a little difficult for me. But the explanation and times for cold smoking mushrooms I will use for something like a mushroom stroganoff (wondering if cream could be cold smoked) beforehand as well if the weather is cold enough? Also definitely going to try this Chicken Gyros recipe on my Jumbuck in the coming months (minus the chips). I make a lot of meatball Gyros at the moment indoors as can be a good low fat/calorie dish and love tzatziki as a more healthy and tasty option to mayonnaise and making your own flatbreads in a cast iron skillet appeals also.
