I bought it to dry chillies, since done apple rings, now biltong. Works well, and a lot quicker than a biltong box. Wade Posted October 31, 2018 Share Posted October 31, 2018 It is similar to mine - I have the Beper style digital dehydrator (this model is marketed under several names) and they work well.
