Jesta Posted July 20, 2022 Share Posted July 20, 2022 Hi all I'm Stewart aka Jesta I'm from Scotland, I suffer from poor mental health mainly social anxiety and depression, BBQ and all things preserving is my escape I own 2 canners, a water bath pot, a proQ cold smoking cabinet, and a new landmann Taurus Kentucky smoker BBQ (replacing my old cheap Lidl offset, that was destroyed during a house move), I also own lots of books on smoking, fermentation, and canning. I started preserving alot of home cooked foods and smoking things as well as making my own bacon n things at the start of lockdown.
