Justin
Glad you liked them. Easy to make. The temp is the key. Breast meat I get to 75 to 78c buy thighs I found at the Woodsmoke 18 to be more like 86. Blackened. They were delicious and a good improvement on my usual recipe. 9 hour marinade on that one you ate. Enjoy.

Justin
One last blast of the Weber Kettle before Christmas, And yes it is curry chicken thigh kebabs in pitta bread again. Yummy I had cleaned it all up for the winter to avoid mould but could not resist, maybe this is the year when I bbq throughout the winter. Hmm
