Masala chicken kebabs

Chicken breasts. Full fat yoghurt. Spice. Cut chicken into kebabs size chinks. Put in freezer bag. Add yoghurt. Add spice. Put in fridge. Today I am making this again. 6 hr  marinade

Glad you liked them. Easy to make. The temp is the key. Breast meat I get to 75 to 78c buy thighs I found at the Woodsmoke 18 to be more like 86. Blackened. They were delicious and a good improvement on my usual recipe. 9 hour marinade on that one you ate. Enjoy.

One last blast of the Weber Kettle before Christmas, And yes it is curry chicken thigh kebabs in pitta bread again. Yummy

 

I had cleaned it all up for the winter to avoid mould but could not resist, maybe this is the year when I bbq throughout the winter. Hmm
