Best briquettes for smoking please guys?

Got these today from Waitrose and thought I’d give them a go but their burn time and heat output seem rubbish ! What do you guys use please?

When I used to use briquettes, my favourite brand was the weber premium briquettes (used to come in a white 12kg bag). Even though they cost more per kg, they actually worked out about the same price as cheaper ones due to them lasting longer👍

Now that I think about it, its been a couple of years since I last used them. Im sure @Justin would be able to recommend some others aswell if you cant find them👍

I used to use these CO2 neutral briquettes which were really good and lasted a long time. Using green olive briquettes which r pretty good

been using heatbeads for a good few years now and weber are another decent coal, have tried plenty of others but keep going back to the heatbeads or weber if no heatbeads in stock.
