Hi,

Just saying hello and looking forward to calling on the collective experience of the members here. I have been a keen (Weber) BBQer for years but recently I was given a ProQ frontier and have started smoking food.

Initial results have been fantastic and I will soon get onto short ribs, brisket and other more challenging cuts. I will undoubtedly be asking for some advice!!
