As I managed to get a Very Large bag of Oak Dust free, thought I might need one of these, Thought it would be bigger than it is? We will be promoting our Cold Smoking event, SMOKEVEMBER on the forum. We will do 30 days of Cold Smoking for November, this will include, Equipment, Techniques and Recipes/Methods. If you have any ideas on what you would like to see or try, let us have your ideas!
