So you get chatting as you do, about Smoking etc. Picking trailer up today, and the guy shouts over “Left you a present in the trailer” Open the door to find this Whole Brisket! So what to do with it? Brisket Chilli @ National Smokers Weekend Burnt Ends @ National Smokers Weekend Going to do a Ranch Pie (Twist On Cottage Pie) ?
