I am just getting to grips with this forum, having never used one before. So far it looks fantastic!

About 5 years ago I decided that it was time to up my game, after years of serving up burnt sausages and burgers at family BBQs. What became an interest has now turned into an obsession! I am into all things outdoor cooking, grilling, hot and cold smoking, sausage making and charcuterie. When I am not cooking I am thinking about it and planning my next cook!

I am looking forward to chatting with you all as I become more familiar with the forum.
