Marinated in Ziploc bag for 45 mins Marinade 4tbspn olive oil. 3 tspns light soy sauce. 2 tspns rice vinegar . 1/2 tspn each of ground ginger and garlic powder or granules. 1/4 tspn ground pepper. Griddled for 3 mins each side. Pushed down to get a nice sear. rest for 10 minutes. Slice across the grain for buttery lovely beef. Heavenly. sotv Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 Spoke to my local butchers and they are normally wells stocked with most cuts, but no flank surprisingly.
