  1. Knowing my luck, you would get caught as well then loads of top quality content and a YouTube channel would be paused but thanks for the offer, also not sure a Citroen is the best explosive choice😎
  2. Not tonight, but Saturday and Sunday. might change from pork belly Sunday who knows, might even be locked up if vegans get to me.......
  3. Not used but have been past facilityhttps://www.bbqmates.co.uk/ uk manufacture, maybe able to help if not know trader do one but not necessarily in uk/europe
  4. Use a decent butcher in Nick the Butcher, Hartfield East Sussex, Winnie the Pooh country
  5. No smart comments about managements presentation, it was late and one was hungry🤣😂
  6. Well it was fillets not whole fish and cooked in a basket with fresh rosemary, coriander, bit of basil, sliced onion and lemon for about 25 mins over a medium heat. Couple of flare ups crisped part of the fillets but we like that like crispy sardines, served with homemade potato salad and green salad. Would repeat
  7. Look good, gets addictive this smoking lark
  8. Not fat no flavour knowing who the veggie vegans are🤣🤣🤣 also don’ t believe could take smoker with me to prison
  9. Well gurnard being done today, pictures going up later today/tomorrow and review of results
  10. Looks like my tough crowd is playing dirty, don’t trust the chicken will be naked so bringing own🥺 veggie also bring own food and utensils, plate, probably disposable bbq as well!! Nieces and nephews who thought management & I cool when we took them to first ever gig(Springsteen Hyde Park with Paul Of the Beatles)tenpin bowling etc, etc, etc, let them do things parents couldn’t or wouldn’t roll on Sunday without the restrictions
  11. Will join in on Saturday, which will be challenging as one who only likes plain naked chicken & a couple of veggies. Sunday should be more rewarding as planning pork belly found in the freezer.
  12. Napoleon Apollo is similar/same as Pro Q. Happy on all fronts so far. Found a decent deal at Beds BBQ centre, mentioned on previous posts. Have the larger version, as like to entertain, but on occasions drop out the 2 rings and use as a kettle, easy to transport. Good luck negotiating the minefield
  13. Assume you mean the offset smoker,. Can only directly comment on my experience with a Broil King gasser, no issues to report, reliable, well made, does what it says on the tin. Mates in the states advise checking the Amazing Ribs reviews section which is free to access, just deal with the ads unless you subscribe.
  14. In normal times they run demo days at Sidcup on a regular basis, Kam Joe is a frequent one.Possibly something to look forward to.....
  15. Always found Sidcup to be helpful when visited
  16. We let ours cool and then add it to the composter, to be used on the garden when ready.
  17. Have smoked on my broil king gasser via smoker box with excellent results for short cooks.
  18. Have a look at Beds BBQ or BBQ world who offer various options. more specialist resellers are on line, offering commercial gas smokers, just search the web
  19. Hopefully the rubbish sketch/diagram will help you you learning curve.
  20. Looking good, practice runs now, sealing any leaks and seasoning, plenty of advice if you search the various categories. long probe if for the item being cooked and gives internal temperature short probe mounts in clip above grate to give cooking temp on my brisket before had the smoke was shooting for 225f as cooking temp +/-5f cooking the pulled pork temp advised alarms if out 225+\-, portable alarm worked indoors so don’t have to baby sit but usually do reading till alarm goes off on mine can use the fire bowl as a kettle but also have a gasser for small quick cooks
  21. Let’s see a photo of the completed assembly
