Pig cheeks in cider and shallot

Slow cooker 
Frying pan 
Fry off pancetta  bacon and garlic then fry pig cheeks till crisp on outside. 

Pour bottle of cider

add the pork gravy and chicken stock pot in slow cooker .

Add bacon and pig cheeks 
Then two tins of white kidney beans 
Some water and bay leaves 
Then cook for 5 hours
Takes 10 minutes to prepare
