Smoked Beef Brisket

Posted about this in another thread, as i was struggling with one of the ingredients. I haven't made it yet, but a couple of friends in America on a different type of forum  have both recommended me to, as they say it is the best overall Brisket recipe they have ever made and although very involved, is worth the effort and the IQUE sauce is fabulous with the burnt ends.

The site itself looks to have some great recipes overall simple things like Bacon Salt to use in dry rubs and the Smoking Asian Pork Butt looks really good like a Char Siu Pulled Pork https://www.grillocracy.com/blog/asian-pork-butt-recipe along with some of the rib rubs and sauces.
