I'm still fairly new to the low and slow bbq scene and will be keen to learn from you guys. My current passion on BBQ is flat top/plancha grilling so burgers are a common feature at home. Do have a bit of experience in the pizza arena and also BIR (british indian restaurant style) curries which does transfer well onto BBQ. Please do not be afraid to ask any questions, the only dumb question, is the one not asked. We like plenty of pictures on the forum. Would be great to see some pics of your set up. If you look at the bottom of the page, you will see Seasons Gourmet Meat Centre, they are based in Stafford and they are also a member on here.
