    Hi All. Thanks for the add. Found the forum via facebook. I'm still fairly new to the low and slow bbq scene and will be keen to learn from you guys. My current passion on BBQ is flat top/plancha grilling so burgers are a common feature at home. Do have a bit of experience in the pizza arena and also BIR (british indian restaurant style) curries which does transfer well onto BBQ. Look forward to chatting about all things BBQ Cheers ~Steve
