Greetings - here's some finger licking' ribs

Greetings from Berkshire,

Newbie here.. got a Weber kettle 57cm for some years now.  Thought I'd just share what I did with some weeks ago - baby back ribs from Farmison, Weber briquettes and Hickory wood chunks.
