I've been grilling, and smoking on a weber kettle (Not the fancy one with the temperature guage) for about 3 years now. Its a great little kettle. Had some great food cooking on it, but I've decided to move on. After much deliberaton I opted for an offset smoker. I like a challenge, and from what I've seen on "Facetube" and "Mybook", I could face one! I look forward to sharing my experiences with you all.
