It is certainly that time of year fir chillies :5980a344e6cd3_ThumbsUp:. My Cayenne peppers are ready for harvesting and will be dried soon but my Poblano chillies need a little longer to redden before they are picked and smoked for Ancho.

Don't forget to post up some photos.
