Martyn Catanach
This evening I'll mainly be dehydrating Chillies and other soft fruits so I can enjoy them another time soon
Wade
It is certainly that time of year fir chillies . My Cayenne peppers are ready for harvesting and will be dried soon but my Poblano chillies need a little longer to redden before they are picked and smoked for Ancho. Don't forget to post up some photos.

Wade
Banana also dries well. I have found that it does not go totally crisp but it really enhances the flavour. I vac pack mine and am still eating them from last year

Martyn Catanach
We've 2 allotment plots, one full of chickens and the other for fruit and veg, we have 2 poly tunnles as well, this year we had cucumbers coming out of our ears because the crop was so good
